The whole collection of The American Recordings is absolutely phenomenal, and every single time, regardless of what I'm up to, I have to pause and just immerse myself in the music. I've found the CDs to be top-notch in quality, they play seamlessly, the audio is superb, Johnny Cash's vocals are truly captivating, and the recordings are brimming with incredible vitality. The booklets are well-made and visually appealing. My only desire would be to have a vinyl version, as it's the best for my ears. I wholeheartedly recommend it for listening. Great album. His voice held up strong throughout. Even after June passed and despite his health issues, he kept going and continued to record. What an icon. Lovely take on Sheryl Crow's Redemption Day.
My copy is perfect, no issues here. No pops or clicks to be heard. The sound is crystal clear. The record itself is absolutely stunning, I'm a huge fan of these Johnny Cash albums from the latter part of his career.

This version is super quiet, no problems here. The album's awesome and this is a fantastic copy.
