this album is incredible and the vinyl pressing is just as awesome. my record looks absolutely stunning and i'm over the moon that i was able to get my hands on one.
this album sounds phenomenal!! hands down the best sound quality of any of her releases. it's insane that she can press 115k copies and they're still all gone, with people reselling them for over double the price. but hey, taylor swift is taking over the world, all you guys can cry about it.
Wow, this record sounds absolutely amazing. There's zero surface noise, no ticks, and no flaws whatsoever. It genuinely feels and sounds like a true audiophile gem.
Given the mixed quality of past releases and their variants, I had my doubts about this one, especially regarding surface noise. But wow, it sounds fantastic! There's hardly any surface noise that distracts from the music. Definitely worth picking up.
I'm at a loss here, my copy sounds quite poor. Many reviews claim it's the best sounding version they've ever had, but mine has a ton of sibilance, the high notes are really hissy. The standard Folklore pressing had the same issue, but I figured, or maybe hoped, since this is a totally different pressing, it wouldn't have that same problem, but alas, here we are. My copy has the Disney hype sticker and the 'made in Mexico' label on the back. I've tried dry and wet cleaning it, if you've got any tips on how to fix it - if it's even possible - please share.
