After several spins, I'm really enjoying this turntable. It's well-made, spins smoothly and quietly, and delivers a fantastic, dynamic sound. I've got a Sumiko Amethyst on a Pro-Ject X1, and it's sounding incredible to me.
My unit is dead flat with hardly any surface hiss. The soundstage is spot on. I'd recommend it.
Wow, this album sounds incredible! The artisan logo etched in the dead wax is a true mark of excellence!!!
Sound quality is fantastic and it looks incredible. But my copy has constant faint surface noise (luckily you can't hear it over the music) and a noticeable wobbly scratch on side B5. All in all, 4 out of 5.
In every way, this is an awesome release. Grab one while they're still on the shelf. The quality is top-notch. Owsley, can you dig it? The vinyl is sturdy and smooth, the sound is like a 3D experience.
