Sweet Trip is a band that's well-known to many, but this album is often overlooked, and in my view, it's their finest work. I can't praise it enough. And it's no shock that it's even sweeter when you're tripping, haha. I've attempted to find a way to contact the band, but even the customer support email on their Bandcamp page gives me a 'failed to send' message. I was going to inquire if they ever considered releasing this and VDC on vinyl. If any band members come across this, they should know I'm a massive fan and I'm sure there are many others who'd love to buy their albums on vinyl too.
Beyond the bonus tracks sourced from the Fish Remixes EP, the main album's audio is identical to the original CD version. This also applies to the original tracks from the expanded Alura CD. I still suggest grabbing the original Fish Remixes EP for the Junior Varsity KM remix. The song 'Reflect' initially flowed into an original mix of Fish on this EP, but since that version of Fish is already included as the first track here, it was removed, and now Reflect just fades out before the next track begins. I personally enjoy the transition into the track more.
