Even though it's a digital recording, the vinyl version outshines the CD, even when played through a high-quality DAC. The LP offers a more spacious sound, with the sax having more room to breathe, and the drums packing a punchier impact.
This recording is absolutly fantastic - huge props to ecm.The artists are amazingly talented, and the music is just as outstanding. Fantastic job!
