Wow, what an incredible release! It's pretty usual for record labels to put out a 2 or 3-LP set from an artist, be it studio or live stuff. But this box set? It's 5 discs, meaning 10 sides...WHO THE HECK DOES THAT!?!? Pressed by MPO, one of France's top pressing plants, every single side played smoothly, no pops or ticks, and the vinyl was all perfectly flat. Naturally, the performances are top-notch and flawless. This numbered box set is limited to just 500 copies, and I'm shocked it hasn't sold out already. I snagged #046! Wholeheartedly recommended, no hesitations. Kudos, Smoke Sessions! Oh, and side 10's got two bonus tracks (My Ideal 9:35, and Dragonfly / Alt. Take 12:39) that didn't make the CD.
