All in all, a pretty good pressing, the mastering's solid, but I'm not into the orange vinyl and there's a bit of wobble… Would've liked it to be flat, but I reckon it's a result of some production quality hiccups…
Few rappers truly stand out, and there's a scarcity of female artists in the limelight, but Missy Elliott shatters that norm. While this album might be a tad too lengthy, it rivals the top-tier male rap albums out there. Missy isn't all about the bravado; she's all about bringing back that old-school vibe. She's brought along some friends for this ride, including Jay Z, Beyounce, Ludacris, and TLC. I'm particularly fond of the TLC track; it's a heartfelt tribute to their friends they believe are in heaven, including their late member, Lisa Left Eye, who left us too soon. The other singles on this album are fantastic too, making it a classic Hip-Hop record. Stand Out Tracks: Back In The Day, Nothing Out There For Me & Can You Hear Me
Awesome album. Fantastic pressing. No problems with the vinyl quality, leading to great audio quality. To be truthful, the bass might be a tad stronger, but I'm satisfied overall.
I'm absolutely in love with this album! It was my go-to music during middle school and I still jam to it now!
Listened to my recently bought copy today. It's all silent, just the talking intro plays. Even after a few cleanings, there's just pops and crackles. Really noticeable. Should I keep it or swap it out?
