starting the count over at one on every label is frustrating, why can't it just keep going in order?
Just like the first one, this album's price is starting to go up. Snag it while you can. It's an amazing press with a superb sound, kicking off strong with the first track (super punchy and Mavis Staples' voice is always a joy to hear) and keeps it up all the way through. "Dinner & Diatribes" is a standout track. The drums and bass are crystal clear.
Awesome album! The audio quality is not the best, but that's what I've come to accept with modern cassette releases. It's not the worst (or the best) I've listened to from new tapes
The record I got has 2x A/B side. It was a labeling mix-up, but there's no second part to the album.
Absolutely an amazing album from beginning to end. Sounds great on vinyl!
