The audio is pretty decent, but there's a bunch of surface noise that's kinda irritating.
Fantastic pressing! Well-balanced soundstage, punchy guitars, and a solid low end. I prefer this version over the Rhino Hi Fidelity release (and I'm a fan of Kevin Gray's mastering), but here the original takes the crown. They got it right the first time. Grab this one. [Tech specs in my profile].
While I haven't had the chance to try the original, this one is really impressive. The bass is punchy and the detail is fantastic, although it can be a tad harsh on the highs. I'm a fan of intense mixes, so this has me eager to give the original a spin. [Tech specs in my profile].
