The sound quality is incredible but my version has a persistent clicking noise on the surface.

The vinyl is stunning, it's like a butterfly's wing dipped in golden honey. But I wonder... will we ever find a Butterfly on vinyl that sounds flawless. 🦋

I can't say for certain if a lot of folks just had a bad experience, but this pressing sounds fantastic to me. As with most new vinyl releases, the printed inner sleeve seems to attract dust and static like crazy. The record was pretty dirty before I played it, but after giving it a good clean, it sounded pristine. Are you all making sure to clean your records? All in all, this is a gorgeous sounding master. The bass is a tad strong in the mix sometimes, but it's super clear and dynamic. It's definitely an improvement over the colored pressings I've heard, particularly the VMP one, which had a ton of inner groove distortion.
