The audio and vinyl quality of this record is absolutely amazing. The packaging is also top-notch, featuring lined inner sleeves. Go ahead and purchase without any hesitation!
I'm pretty confident this is the final white label promo Elektra put out. It's just common sense that the speed error on disc 2 side 2 would've been caught if this was a full-scale production run. This listing's for a small batch Elektra promo CD only. Back then, Elektra just slapped stickers on CDs with the usual “this record is lent for promotional purposes only…” spiel. Even the blank labels scream that the final artwork wasn't finished yet. I've been in radio since '89, and I even have a stickered promo CD of this album. The Discogs gatekeepers should just recognize this as a promo and leave it at that. If you can snag a clean copy for a steal, grab it!!!!

Whenever it doesn't jump on the initial two songs of each side, the sound is fantastic. It's neither my turntable nor my stylus causing the problem. This is the only record out of all my Black Friday purchases that had an issue. Really let down. 1/16/2023 Update/Edit: after switching from a conical to an elliptical stylus, this album now plays flawlessly. I'm baffled how that happened, but it's no longer skipping like mad.
Yep, Garage Inc. is just as I recall it from '98, but now on triple vinyl! \m/
