oh my god, the packaging is as terrible as everyone's been saying, whoever approved using a PVC jacket to ship a record should be let go, seriously what were they thinking! Apart from that, the record itself sounds pretty good. Just swap out the sleeve as soon as you can though!!
Once more, it's not as terrible as folks are making it out to be. The bass is actually quite good, but I kinda wish Kanye's vocals were a tad fuller, like they were on the digital copy, 'cause some high notes just don't quite hit the mark. All in all, it's a solid album and a fair LP.
I must admit, I never imagined myself purchasing a Kanye West album, let alone one with a Christian theme. My curiosity got the best of me, though, especially given his recent conversion. I'll be honest, my knowledge of Kanye comes mostly from his public persona, and this is my first time buying any of his music. But wow, I was genuinely impressed. The album is filled with tracks that are far more overtly Christian than many other Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) artists at the time. The only real misfire is the Chick-fil-A song—what was he thinking including that? Aside from that, it's a solid release, and I'm still shocked that I'm saying positive things about a Kanye album.

This is by far the cleanest Kanye West record I have, whether it's College Dropout, Fantasy, or 808s. The physical copy looks fantastic in real life! I'd love if the tracklist covered the entire sleeve for a full white background, but sound-wise, this album is top-notch.
