I'm desperately wanting the scans of the jewelcase versions so badly
Every copy ought to have had this included.
I'm not sure which version I've got, but it ought to be the same as this one (with the poster, European version), but mine arrived with paper sleeves, not the plastic ones, there's no stamped barcodes on the discs, just etched ones too it sounds pretty awful, really distorted, muffled sound, weak bass, tons of crackles and pops. Has anyone else had the same problems?
It appears to me that Mr. Gira's lyrics are shrinking over time, which is disappointing considering the wisdom one would anticipate from someone of his age and vast experience. The music is impeccable, but the lyrics keep interrupting with a hackneyed narrow-mindedness that is upsetting and distracting. Swans ought to have stayed extinct.
