  • Quiet Who Performance

Oddly quiet for a Who show. It feels like the issue might be with the performance, and possibly the recording or mastering too.

  • Disappointing Audio Quality

The pressing on this one is decent. Yeah, the paper sleeves are a bummer, but oh well…The audio quality, though, it's not that great. That Toronto gig from '82 that got broadcast live back in the day, that sounded better than this. I figured this show would at least match that, but it doesn't. It's not bootleg quality, but it's not up to par for a release like this. I'm thinking this'll probably collect dust after one spin.

  • Later-Era Who Brilliance

    4 out of 5 stars
    miyuldcogiq328March 6, 2024United States🇺🇸

Is it just me who adores this period of the Who? I'm a huge fan of “Live At Leeds” and that timeframe of concerts/live albums, but there's a unique appeal to the later-era shows that I genuinely appreciate too. "Won't Get Fooled Again" and "Cry If You Want" are my personal highlights on this album, but honestly, every track is solid, and if you're a Who enthusiast, you ought to at least grab the CD version.
