Completely outshines my utterly awful Capital US version. While I know this album was designed for mono, this stereo pressing is as good as I've ever encountered. The soundstage is vast, and unlike usual Japanese pressings, this one packs a serious punch in the bass department! I'm picking up on details in the recording that I've never noticed before, which is quite something considering how many times I've listened to this absolute gem (probably the finest album the Beatles ever crafted). The red vinyl is a stunning piece of art too, and it's definitely earned its 'Everclean' title – even after nearly 60 years, my copy is remarkably free of surface noise. If you're like me and don't feel the need to own mono pressings of every Beatles album, this is a fantastic option for experiencing Revolver in a whole new way.

I've got a Mono version where the Y/B label has the 'sold in' writing, but the KT tax code is not there (?). I'm having trouble locating info about this pressing on this site. I saw on another site that it might be from 1969. Can anyone confirm this? The sleeve is the usual flipback 'Garrods & Lofthouse' one. It's got an Emitex inner (could've been added or swapped later).
A legendary album that got a tad held back by the transition from mono (which is way better) to stereo.
Get a sub, people, I've got bass galore with this LP. It's absolutely stunning. There's so much whining about bass on these forums. Folks drop a fortune on a TT and speakers then moan about bass. Vinyl doesn't make noise. Your system does. This is an incredibly detailed LP, it's amazing. The clarity is insanely good. Maybe a bit bright on a couple of tracks, but in a good way, a very detailed way. No issues at all. I reckon very few people buy a sub just for music, it's not only for your living room and movies! Grab a sub and you'll never whine about bass again.
