Hardly any noise on mine, the audio is silky and kinda rich. It's a tad too soft for me, but I ain't gonna gripe about it.
Gorgeous pressing, though I did notice some surface noise on the first tracks of each side. I'll give it a deep clean, but the record label was quick to offer a replacement after a brief email.
Side one is awesome, side two is a mess, packed with SN and scratches
I received a copy that had persistent noise in the right channel on side A, except for the last track. Side B was slightly improved but still had noise in the right channel. I had to send it back. Apart from that, the sound was clear and decent. UPDATE: Got a replacement copy: no more constant noise like before, but it has occasional pops and crackles. Overall, the quality is alright.
Finally got around to listening to this one...and wow, what an incredible album! The black vinyl sounds fantastic, thankfully. I'm hooked from the first track to the last, absolutely worth every penny and minute.
