  • Highly Recommend Early Pressing

Strongly suggest this pressing. My version is flawless. Happy I snagged it early.

  • Top-Quality Album Favorite

    glecyuthro7September 12, 2025United States🇺🇸

Among the top records in my collection when it comes to pressing quality. This album is a favorite of mine. No tracks to skip, it's quiet in the right spots, but also boasts amazing snares and highs. Would definitely recommend.

  • Disappointing Quiet Gangsta Rap

    2 out of 5 stars
    leocovxapulnolApril 10, 2025United States🇺🇸

I'm astonished by the high ratings this album has received. Sure, a few tracks are decent, but most are unremarkable, even by '00s rap standards, which is arguably the weakest era for rap music. My main issue, though, is with the pressing. I had to max out my stereo and speakers just to hear the music clearly - at full volume, it was only a 4 out of 10 on the loudness scale. It's way, way too quiet for this type of music. I grabbed it a few weeks back since it was $10 cheaper at a bookstore than Discogs' lowest price, but now I regret even that. If you're into gangsta rap, check out a true classic like The Chronic or Illmatic, or a hidden gem like Method Man's Tical 0: The Prequel. Heck, even Jay-Z has far better albums, like The Black Album or The Blueprint 3. This was a real letdown.

Among the top records I have, when it comes to pressing quality. Adore this album too. No tracks I skip, it's quiet when it should be, but also boasts amazing snares and highs. Definitely recommend.

  • Disappointing Quiet Rap Album

    2 out of 5 stars
    caetoqdisetbojMay 3, 2024United States🇺🇸

I'm astonished by all the high ratings this album has received. Sure, there are a few decent tracks, but most of it is unremarkable, even by the low standards of '00s rap, which is arguably the worst era for rap music yet. However, my main issue lies with the pressing. I had to turn up my stereo and speakers all the way just to hear the music clearly - and even then, it was only at a 4 out of 10 on the loudness scale. It's way, way too quiet for this type of music. I grabbed it a few weeks back because it was cheaper at a bookstore than the lowest price on Discogs, but now I regret even that purchase. If you're looking for proper gangsta rap, check out a classic like The Chronic or Illmatic, or even a hidden gem like Method Man's Tical 0: The Prequel. Heck, Jay-Z has way better albums than this, like The Black Album or The Blueprint 3. What a letdown.
