Picked this up from someone nearby and turns out it's been altered?! I'm a huge fan of this album and I'm bummed about this, but I still really like it all the same.
Absolutely love the sound quality, it's crystal clear with no surface noise or popping, the vinyl feels really sturdy and top-notch, they've done an fantastic job with this repressing. The records look stunning as well, so glad I went ahead and got it after all that deliberation.
Pressing is superb. Sound is crisp and clear. Unusual to find records this well crafted.
I would pick this up now whilst its close to retail as theyve sold out of them everywhere and its a matter of time till this becomes rare again I guess!
Among the first records I ever bought, this one still stands tall alongside her newer works. Truly a masterpiece! Dan Auerbach's electric guitar work is absolutely stunning, perfectly complementing her songwriting.
